Nicole Beinart BSC Physiotherapy (HONS) MSSCP HCPC
Treats back and neck pain and all musculoskeletal conditions, including; neck and back pain, headaches, sports injuries, work related and ergonomic injuries.
Nicole completed her BSC Physiotherapy (Honours) degree at the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS) in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1999. Prior to this, she also attained a Bachelor of Science degree In Biological Sciences (BSC) from the University of Natal, Durban in 1994. She is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and has post- graduate training in dry needling and the nervous system. Nicole has done numerous courses related to her areas of specialty.
After working in private practice in South Africa for over 20 years, Nicole moved to London with her family in 2022.
Nicole has always loved sport and exercise. Nicole is particularly focused on educating and empowering her patients on the detrimental effects of a sedentary lifestyle and its strong connection to musculoskeletal injuries. She also has a strong belief that the body should be treated holistically and that specific joints cannot be assessed and treated in isolation.
Nicole is married with two children.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, practicing yoga, power walking and going to the theatre.
