Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive approach to wellness using extremely light touch. You'll remain fully clothed throughout your session while lying comfortably on a treatment table.

What to Expect During Treatment

Your therapist will gently assess the subtle rhythms, tension patterns, and vitality within your body's tissues. Treatment commonly focuses on the head, spine, shoulders, chest, and abdomen—areas where tension and imbalances often accumulate.

During a session, patients may experience:

  • Deep mental and physical relaxation

  • Warmth or coolness in various parts of the body

  • Gentle stretching sensations followed by release

  • Subtle feelings of movement, pressure, or flowing energy

These sensations reflect your body's natural process of realignment and restoration. While meaningful changes occur during each session, a typical course involves 4–6 treatments to achieve lasting effects. Our goal is to help you reach a state where your body and mind feel balanced, at ease and restored.

Who Can Benefit From Craniosacral Therapy?

CST is suitable for individuals seeking relief from a variety of concerns, including:

  • Stress-related symptoms: Poor sleep, loss of appetite, difficulty concentrating

  • Physical or emotional trauma: Past accidents, surgeries, dental procedures, childbirth experiences

  • Headaches and facial pain

  • Pregnancy support: Wellness during and after pregnancy

  • General wellness: A sense of not feeling quite right or optimal

You may request treatment for a specific concern, or ask your therapist to assess what approach would best serve you. He will explain the process before beginning - transparency and informed consent are fundamental to your care.

Your Comfort Is Our Priority

Craniosacral Therapy is designed to be pleasant and relaxing for most people. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, please let us know immediately so we can adjust your treatment accordingly.
