Ethan Traub was born in the vibrant city of Johannesburg, South Africa, where he developed an early passion for sports and movement, laying the foundation for his career in physiotherapy. He began his academic journey at the University of Johannesburg, earning a BA in Sport Psychology in 2018. Ethan then furthered his education with a BSc postgraduate degree in Human Movement Science (Biokinetics) from the University of Zululand in 2021. To refine his expertise in physiotherapy, he completed a Master's in Physiotherapy at St George’s University of London in 2024.

Ethan's professional experience is rooted in private practice, where he has excelled in treating and managing musculoskeletal conditions and injuries using a movement and exercise-based approach. With a strong foundation in biomechanics, exercise prescription, and movement science, Ethan is committed to advancing his knowledge in manual therapy. His holistic approach ensures personalised care, tailored to each patient's unique needs, values, and preferences. Ethan's dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients is unwavering. Ethan specialises in working with athletes and movement enthusiasts, but his expertise extends to a diverse clientele. This includes children developing essential movement skills and older adults striving to enhance their mobility and overall quality of life.

Outside the clinic, Ethan is a passionate sports enthusiast, a coffee connoisseur, and a music lover. He often finds peace at the beach or anywhere near wildlife. As an avid traveller and foodie, Ethan embraces new cultures and cuisines with the same enthusiasm he brings to his professional practice.
