Doctors Referrals:
It is not necessary to have a doctor’s referral to book an appointment. We maintain close contact with all GPs and consultants throughout treatment.
Appointments Within 24hrs:
We believe that pain should not be kept waiting. We strive to see most new patients within within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice of any cancellation.
Parking:
We are delighted to be able to offer plenty of on site parking.
Health Insurance:
We are recognised by all the major private health insurance companies. Please check policy conditions before treatment commences and ensure we have a signed claim form or authorisation number at start of treatment.
Bus Route
The 324 bus hail and stop service travels from Stanmore and Brent Cross via Colindeep Lane and Hendon Central tube station. It runs every 20 minutes or so and will stop anywhere on the route – just stick out your thumb!
Directions
Our premises are located at the Hendon/A41 end of Colindeep Lane.
From the Hendon/A41 (northbound carriage), go past Hendon Central tube station and straight over the traffic lights with The Burroughs and Station Road. Take the first junction, sign posted Colindale. Go over the bridge for 200 yards and turn into the car park of the first brown brick building on the right. We share the building with Mitsubishi and Kia as well as the Open MRI Diagnostics Centre. If you get to the mini roundabout then you have gone too far.
From the Edgware Road/A5, turn into Colindeep Lane,McDonalds is on the right. Drive down the right and straight over two mini roundabouts. After the second mini roundabout, turn left in our brown brick building. We share the building with Mitsubishi and Kia as well as the Open MRI Diagnostics Centre.
